Personalized care starts at $750 a month. Your home care depends on the size of your house, the systems it carries and how often we visit. You have it in writing after the walk-through, with every part explained before you agree to anything.

Two houses of the same size can differ by a few hundred dollars once we know their systems.
Two plans, one standard of care.
Both follow the same care standard at every visit. The difference is how often we are there. We will recommend one on the walk-through.
For a house used in season and closed the rest of the year. Two weeks is short enough that most problems are still small when we find them.

When your house needs a plumber, an electrician or the pool company, the company bills you directly, with nothing added by us. Our monthly fee stays the same whether or not the house needs work.
Small, routine items are booked and reported in the note.

The house record
Built before the first visit: systems, shut-offs, paint codes and service history. $1,200 once, waived for houses accepted this fall.

Twelve months
Storms run June to November and freezes December to February, so there is no safe half-year. Thirty days’ notice at any time, either way.

Paid annually
Paid for the year in advance, the fee is 8 percent less.

Larger houses
Over 8,000 square feet, compounds and houses with household staff are quoted individually.
