Eight counts from the last twelve months. Rough numbers are fine. The total is often more than owners expect.

Where most of this comes from

What this tool deliberately does not do. It does not convert your count into hours, money, an hourly value or an opportunity cost. It does not tell you what other owners report, because we do not have that data and we will not make it up. It does not claim a figure we would reduce this to. And it does not know anything about your house beyond the eight numbers you typed.

A low number is a real answer. If very little comes back to you, your current arrangement is working and this page will say so.

Nothing is stored or sent. The arithmetic happens in this browser tab. Closing it discards everything.
