For the companies who work on Kiawah.

Joining the Register is free, and it always will be. Nobody pays to appear and nothing on the list is sponsored. It is the list we keep for our own use, published because it is more useful to owners on this island than it is to us kept private.

When we call you for a house we look after

• Someone lets you into the house and is there while you work, so nobody is waiting on an owner three time zones away.
• Scope is agreed and priced before you start, and the price is not renegotiated afterwards.
• You invoice the homeowner directly, at your own price. Vellamore does not mark up or resell third-party work.
• Owners see your name and what your customers say, the same as we do.

Put your company forward

Write to hello@myvellamore.com with the company name, the trade, a phone number and how often you work on the island, or call 843-619-2346. We read every one and you will hear back within two weeks. If you already work here regularly, say so; we may have you on the list under a different name.

There is no fee at any stage. Anyone who tells you otherwise is not from Vellamore.
