Sample visit note · illustrative

A quiet visit, and how you know.

Most visits are this one. Nothing needed you, and the note still shows that somebody looked properly.

Open items

None.

Nothing carried in from January and nothing added this month. The two cupped boards at the north rail remain recorded as a condition being watched rather than an open item — unchanged for four months, and worth raising in the spring carpentry conversation rather than now.

Next

Next scheduled visit Thursday 26 February. March is the pollen month here, so from the next visit the screens, the outdoor unit surrounds and the covered furniture come into the walk, and the exterior cleaning conversation belongs to March rather than April.
